At Harper Floors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium flooring purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Ensure all flooring planks are in their original, unopened packaging and securely palletized to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Shipment
Ship the items back to our designated warehouse using your preferred carrier or ask us to coordinate a freight pickup for your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
